GNOSIS INSTITUTE KICK-OFF RECEPTION
The Gnosis Institute - Central & South-East European Institute for Sustainable Cooperation and Development is dedicated to support professional and honest exchange of views and experience on matters that are of utmost importance for Central and South-East Europe and thus it intends to contribute to the development and welfare of our region while also considering differences among the countries in concern. We don’t aim to find one-size-fits-all solutions but instead share ideas for considerations and highlight strengths and weaknesses of policies and measures already in practice.
As part of these efforts, last year we held our third edition of Energy Forum and the second Sahel Dialogue with Central and South-East Europe in Budapest, and our Economic Forum on Central and South-East Europe in Nova Gorica in Slovenia. We also launched the “Brunch seasoned with Gnosis”, a series of brunches which aims to bring together representatives of expert community, academia, government authorities, trade unions and the diplomatic corps to facilitate dialogue among them in an open and relaxed atmosphere.
2026 started very turbulently and it seems that this year will be determinant in what direction the world politics will change and what role the European Union and our region will play in that process. Therefore, we aim to continue our work with even more energy and enthusiasm to support changes that could benefit the Central and South-European region.
In this spirit we are organising our Season Kick-Off Reception that will serve as an informal gathering where representatives of businesses, diplomacy, academia, and policymaking can connect, exchange ideas, and explore cooperation opportunities in Central and Southeast Europe. The program will also include a short presentation of our achievements in 2025 and our program priorities for 2026.
We cordially invite you to our reception in the hope that we can exchange ideas, build connections and can identify potential fields of cooperation for the future.
